Las Vegas Air Show

This year I got to go to the Las Vegas Air Show at Nellis Air Force Base. I went with my Boy Scout group. I rode up with my friends Chase, and Kaden. When we got there we had to park in a huge parking lot, and then wait in a half hour long line to get on the Busses. Then when you get to the Nellis Air Force base right at the entrance there is one thing that stands out the most. A 100 Yard long Jet. It is as long as a football feild and wide enough to fit 3 tanks wide. It has a ramp coming down from the back and the front is an open cockpit. you have to walk through it to enter the Base. Then you can pretty much do what ever you want. There is alot of free posters and things you can stand in line to get. or you can watch the huge jets fly. On some of the jets they would fly out into the feild an drop bombs on a protected area, Then you get to see the huge Mushroom clouds go up in smoke.Then we got back in a car and headed home. I hope that me and my scouts get to go back up to the Air Show next year.

Football Games

I got to go up to the Hurricane state game last Friday. And the BYU game on Saturday.

It was a big rematch from the game last year vs. Juan Diego. We were losing 6-3 the whole game. Then finally we scored a TouchDown with 45 seconds left. Juan Diego drove down the feild and got the ball on our 20. One play left. They passed the ball right through the middle of 3 of our guys. Juan Diego caught the ball and scored the game winning TouchDown.We lost again.Ian ended up getting 15 tackles in the game, and ended up with 101 tackles for the whole season. He has 187 career tackles for Hurricane in the past two years. Then on Saturday we went to the BYU game. BYU won 38-14. I'm glad BYU won, I don't think I could take two losses in two days.
